When we opened in 1993 we had six rooms, a kitchen, and one principle: guests are not revenue units, they are people we have welcomed home. 33 years on we hold 100 keys, three restaurants and a casino floor — and that principle has not shifted.
There is a way to do this work and a way not to. Across 33 years we chose one and held to it. Every member of our team — from reception to the kitchen porters — was selected, trained and retained because they share the same instinct for what good looks like. No building produces that on its own. It comes from people.

Two private casino salons, three gaming lounges, and a service team schooled at Europe's finest houses. From baccarat to roulette, every table is overseen by a dealer with at least five years on our floor. Discretion is not an extra here. It is the standard.
Live Entertainment
Jazz evenings in the main bar, headline acts in the rotunda, and intimate lounge sets four nights a week. The Thursday pianist has been with us for years. Some guests book flights just to hear him.
